How to delete your Flok account and all associated personal data, what is removed, and how long anything is retained. Flok is provided by Arsun Technology LLC.
Open Flok and go to the Profile tab.
Tap "Delete Account" and confirm when prompted.
Your account and all associated personal data are permanently deleted right away. No further steps are needed.
If you cannot access the app, email hello@joinflok.app from (or referencing) the phone number on your account and ask us to delete it.
We verify ownership of the number and delete the account, typically within 30 days of the request.
Your phone number, display name, username, and profile photo.
Your availability (the days you marked as busy or tentative).
Floks you created and the plans (trips and events) inside them.
Your flok memberships, friend connections, and notification and push tokens.
In short, all personal data tied to your account is removed from our systems.
Nothing is kept for continued use. Personal data is removed from our live database immediately when you delete your account.
Residual copies in encrypted, automated backups are purged as those backups rotate, within 30 days.
We do not sell or share your data, and we may retain only minimal, non-identifying records where required by law.
